ok so i have been asked over and over again what the best nail polish is for a cheap price that not only is cheap but dries fast, so i have a few i personally like one is OPI there expensive i know and used at most beauty supply places so is CREATIVE, but if you want the same style in polish in a range of colors look no further than your local walmart, for less than a dollar you can get N.Y.C (new york color) they have a wide range of colors and there not bad for what they charge, there polish is fast drying and lasts doesn't chip easy and for me when i do my acrylic nails oh i need that cause i am constantly on the go. they also have a extra shiney top coat which dries fast and wow the shine, and just think each bottle is under a dollar at walmart. i have to say i give it a 5 star rating on there polish.

so if it's nail polish you want that is affordable doesn't chip dries fast the N.Y.C is your best choice!
