In order to get the 'freebie' you have to complete several affiliate-type activities, like signing up for a credit card or changing your wireless service or something like that.  Then they say you have to wait 6-8 weeks for the laptop.  Then, I would think more often than not, the site disappears into cyber-space ether and you are left with nothing.
