I don't buy in bulk very often because I have a hard time parting with my money all at once. I know sometimes it would save me money in the long run, but living paycheck to paycheck I find it hard to make the purchase.

The thing about buying in bulk is to only buy things you know you will always need.  Like toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.
Yes you do end up spending a lot at once but then, hopefully, you won't have to spend again for a long while.  Not only does this get you more for your money but it also allows you to have the free dollars when you need them
