Ebay is a fantastic place to buy things as long as you do your homework and keep an eye on who's items you're bidding on and what the items usually go for. Also, read feedback - it's there to give you an idea of how the person handles business and you should ALWAYS take it into consideration before doing business with them.

Yeah. I just ordered a new computer from Ebay . . . expensive in a way, but HALF of what I would have paid retail . . . and I'm just a little nervous about it. However, the seller has great reviews, so I should be okay.

Ebay is great for buying a lot of things, and if you check out the feedback of the seller, you really have nothing to worry about. You can save big money too!

I only buy certain brand names of clothes, like J. Jill, that are high quality and durable. I read the descriptions very carefully, and research the seller as well. I also log onto ebay with a set amount to spend, so I'm not tempted to get in a bidding war.  |

I just bought a number of gymboree items for the kids and I don't think I paid more than $6 for any piece of clothing. I personally think that's pretty impressive. |
